Love inc
Love In The Name of Christ
Love INC. is a non-profit organization that partners with churches to serve families in the local community by meeting verifiable and manageable needs. Love INC. acts as a screening agent and clearinghouse for goods and services provided by its network of churches. They review requests for help, assess and verify needs, refer or request assistance, and follow up to ensure that needs have been met and to offer prayer and spiritual support to recipients.
Love INC. provides a secure avenue for our church to not only provide for the physical needs of the community, but it gives us the chance to make a relational connection. Because Love INC. does all the background work to verify the validity of the request, we as a church can focus on what we can do best, sharing our faith and showing Christ’s love in our community.
Currently, Faith Lutheran Church supports 2 major efforts through the Love INC. network.
Please contact Jennifer Tucker for more information.

Pastoral Care
The Pastoral Care Ministry Team is a volunteer group of Faith members that have come forward to assist the Pastor in ministering to our members in need. The Pastor is the primary giver of spiritual care to our Faith family with the Ministry Team assisting.
The Pastoral Care Ministry Team visits and contacts those in hospitals, long term care and rehab facilities, homebound, etc. During these visits, we provide spiritual support in sharing scripture readings, prayers, communion, sending religious cards of caring and for special occasions, etc.
If the Holy Spirit moves you to serve in this meaningful ministry, please contact the church office for details. You can make a difference in the lives of others here at Faith, especially during their time of need.

Pick up your mite box today and help support the mission of the LWML.
Based on the Biblical account of the widow's mite (Luke 21:1-4), the mite box is intended for regular contributions of "mites" - offerings above and beyond the support given to congregations and the LCMS. Mite Box contributions amount to millions of dollars that fund district and national mission grants and implement the LWML program.

Music
Traditional Service
The traditional service choir at Faith Lutheran sings during the 8:00 on most Sunday mornings plus during special services.
Following in the steps of Luther, traditional worship services at Faith feature hymns and liturgies reflecting Biblical thought and practice. Some traditional Lutheran hymns relate to the many seasons of the church year such as Advent, Epiphany, Lent, and Pentecost while others embrace themes such as Holy Baptism, the Lord’s Supper, Missions, Praise, Hope and Comfort. The Lutheran Service Book, copyright by Concordia Publishing House in 2006, forms the basis for Faith’s worship services and hymns.

Contemporary Service
Music is a central expression of worship. Whether the expression is traditional or contemporary, our hymns, anthems and praise music are lifted to God as we join together in praise. The Praise Band ministry leads worship at the 10:30am contemporary service.
Our primary function is to lead the congregation in true worship through songs under the guidance of the Holy Spirit. Contemporary worship service consists of modern praise hymns and popular songs from Christian music charts.
If you are interested in joining the Praise Band in a full-time capacity or would like to be a sub as a vocalist/instrumentalist please contact the church office
